Foundation Day

18th March is a must-celebrate day for us. It marks the day when Holy Child School began its journey. With the support of a small team of like-minded people, our school was founded with a big dream. Every year on this day, we organize a cultural program where our students participate in presenting music, dance, recitation etc. This day is filled with joy, happiness and a lot of enjoyment.

Field trips

Classrooms without walls are a wonderful way to explore and learn from nature. Our short field trips to parks and nearby places help children to appreciate nature and learn from their surroundings.

Sports

At Holy Child School we understand and believe that a healthy body houses a healthy mind. We support and encourage students to indulge in a wide range of physical activity. Trampoline, running, bunny hop, cycling, sea-saw, slides, dragon ride, etc. are a few of the activities which students love to partake in. We love to see the kids’ eyes light up during the physical acitivity periods and on sports day.

Independence day

Independence day celebration is held with a lot of enthusiasm and a sense of patriotism. The flag is hoisted by the chief guest and the children perform various ethnic activities like folk dances and singing patriotic songs. They also give speeches about the great scarifices that our freedom fighters made during the freedom struggle.

Pre-School Graduation Day

At the end of the academic session, Holy Child School organizes Pre-School Graduation Day marking the achievement of students, their growth and preparation for entering the next new chapter.

Teacher’s Day Celebration

On Teachers’ Day, we honor our amazing teachers. Our students give cards, flowers, and gifts to teachers to express gratitude for their guidance and care. Special activities are arranged to make this day a cheerful tribute to our educators who shape our futures.

We cherish the richness of Hindi language and literature through week-long activities. Poems, storytelling, and cultural events create an enriching and vibrant atmosphere at our school premises.

We also organize annual picnics for children to provide them with a fun and exciting experience outside the classroom. The picnic is a day full of games, food, and entertainment, providing a break from their regular routine.

Christmas Party

Every year Christmas party is also celebrated at the premises of Holy Child School. We decorate our classrooms, and entire school, distribute cakes among attendees, and sing carols together. It’s a time for laughter, warmth, and sharing the holiday spirit together.

Each year, we celebrate Children’s Day. It’s a special day filled with love, fun, and appreciation for every child. We also keep a program to honor our first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru on his birth anniversary. We arrange joyful cultural activities—singing, dancing, and more for children.

We celebrate Diwali with joy. Our school becomes a canvas of lights and colors. Children enjoy Diwali-themed activities, create beautiful crafts, and learn the significance of the festival. With diyas, sweets, and cultural performances, we spread warmth and happiness, fostering a sense of unity and festive spirit among all.

EID Celebration

Holy Child School celebrated Iftaar with warmth and togetherness, where children actively participated in preparing simple food items and bringing them to school. The students shared the food with their friends, fostering a spirit of unity, compassion, and respect for one another.
